On the sidelines of the second day of the 38th African Union (AU) Summit in the Ethiopian capital, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed of Ethiopia held discussions with President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of Somalia.

Following their meeting, Prime Minister Abiy shared insights on social media, highlighting that the two leaders discussed a range of important issues.

“A renewed partnership demands consistent nurturing,” the Ethiopian Prime Minister emphasized, underscoring the importance of sustained efforts to strengthen bilateral ties.

The 38th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union is set to conclude today, marking the end of high-level deliberations among African leaders.
