January 29, 2025Ankara – Somalia’s Union for Peace and Development (UPD) Party and Türkiye’s ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday to strengthen bilateral cooperation.
According to a statement, the agreement aims to enhance collaboration through the exchange of experiences, research, and political strategies. It also focuses on implementing joint programs and improving the professional skills of party members.
The MoU marks a step toward deeper political ties between the two parties, reflecting the growing partnership between Somalia and Türkiye.
